Yolanda Conley Shields

Every single person who is born has a Purpose.  I heard a message today at church from Pastor James Lowe that had me come home and reflect on what God has really called me to do.  He asked, “What word did God say to YOU about what He has called YOU to do”?  Have you heard a clear word from God, but have not moved on it?

So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:11 ESV

Today is the Day, don’t miss out on what God has for you and move out too soon, or don’t move soon enough when you hear.  I believe anything that God gives you will not only benefit you but others.

So begin to pray and study the word and wait to hear a word.  If you have already heard, move out in 2013 without delay.  We can be good at a lot of things, but it may not be the thing that God has called us to do.  God spoke to Jeremiah the prophet in the book of Jeremiah and said to him, “I knew you before you were born; before you were created in your mother’s womb.” Everyone may not agree with what God has called you to do, but if you have heard MOVE!  God will give you the next steps and the right people to walk with you to fulfill what He has called you to do.

The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O Lord, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands. Psalm 138:8 ESV

What I know for sure is that we all are called. Everybody has a calling, and your real job in life is to figure out what that is and get about the business of doing it.  The first step is to spend some time fasting and praying to hear clearly and to also know that whatever it is that it will not only impact you but others.  It is BIGGER than you! Sit down today and write out what you know you have been called to do.  After writing it out decide what the first step is for you to get started.  God is ready! Are YOU Ready? Write the Vision and Make it Plain (Habakkuk 2:2). Don’t feel bad about messing anything up because it’s all part of the plan. Our mistakes often lead us to more wisdom and understanding.
Jeremiah 29:11 (AMP)

11 For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.
